On 14 June 2022 Tuesday, a scheme by the name “Agneepath” was announced by Mr. Rajnath Singh, Defence Minister of India. However, it was passed in May 2022 by the Union Cabinet. Agneepath scheme is a recruitment process through which youths will be given a chance to serve Indian Armed Forces for 4 years.
