It involves normal baking ingredients: Baking Soda (2 Table Spoon), Chopped Nuts (2 Cups), Grated Carrot (3 Cups), All-Purpose Flour (2 Cups), Oil (1.5 Cups), and Eggs (4 Beaten). Mix the entire ingredient with fold method and put it in an oven in convection mode at 180 Degree for 20-25 Minutes. Serve the freshly baked muffins.

Carrot Salad: Carrot is the best vegetable to be included as a salad. It’s very simple to prepare, chop the carrots and mix it with other veggies. Season it with salt and lemon and serve it.

Carrot Soup: Cut Onion, Carrot, and Mince the gingers. Boil the veggies on simmer flame. Once the veggies are done put it down and squeeze them all to make soup-like consistency and now season it with salt and other herbs. Serve it hot with bread or as a complimentary dinner.

Carrot Veggie Sandwich: Take Brown Bread slices, 4-5 carrots, 2 onions, and one tomato. For seasoning, use chat masala, Oregano, and Chili Flakes. Chop the veggies and spread it on the bread slice and season it. Serve it in breakfast or with evening tea.
