Definition with Examples
Interjections of attention are used to draw the attention of someone. For ex- look, listen, behold, hush SSh, etc. Interjections of Attention are used to draw attention towards the speaker and they are completely different from the Interjections of Greeting. Interjections of Greeting are usually used to politely greet the listener or start a conversation while Interjection of attention are used only to draw attention and may appear a little rude sometimes. For example-
