Hello Sir/Madam! I am Deepak Joshi and I am from Bharuch, Gujarat. I have been working as a team leader for the past 7 years and have all of the skills needed for the job. Moving to my qualification, I have done graduation in commerce from XYZ College in 2015. Till then, I have worked in several BPOs. I am a strong leader who knows how to get the most out of any group. Currently, I am serving ALPHA Techno Ltd. as a Team Leader. In my current job, I am responsible for the overall success of the team. I focus on developing individual team members and directing them toward achieving team and organizational goals. I am also highly skilled in providing feedback, problem solving, conflict resolution, and communication. Aside from that, I’m good at making decisions when things are tough.
