Assam, the state of India, is generally known for “Tea Baghan” and “Assam silk”. It is located in South of the Eastern Himalayas. Assam is one of the states of seven sister’s state which includes Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Mizoram and Meghalaya within 22 km. Dispur is capital of Assam. General spoken languages in Assam are English, Assamese, Bodo and in some places of the state is Bengali.
